| Yushun Stainless Steel Hardware Produce Co.Ltd. Nanhai Foshan City grows out of Yushun Stainless Steel Hardware Produce Factory. Our company was set up in Songgang Township Nanhai City on June 3rd 1997. In the beginning period, we had only 2800m2of plant building, 4 sets of piping machines, 20-odd workers and 50-odd tons of monthly-produced stainless steel. Having always stuck to the operational concept of ¡°seek development by quality and seek existence by credit¡± and experienced unremitting efforts for 10 years, our company has rapidly developed and become stronger. |

| In Oct. 1999, our company has established the 1st Direct-sale Department of Yushun Stainless Steel in Wuxi City of Jiangsu Province. |

| In Mar. 2002, our company¡¯s monthly output broke 500 tons for the 1st time. |

In Jan. 2003, our monthly outturn broke 1000 tons.
In June 2003, we expanded construction of plant building(18000 m2) and added 4 equipments for calendaring, 5 equipments for striping and 39 equipments for tubing.
In Nov. 2003, our yearly output of stainless steel, was 11,000 tons.

In Feb. 2005, it was our first step to export the products to abroad--Indonesia
June 2005, Yuhe Stainless Steel Processing Factory(pickling factory) that funded with RMB 10 odd million and built up to 10000 odd m2 was put into operation and processed 30 ton stainless steel per year. As the result we realized self-independent control of raw materials and processing.

2007 is a year worth of our pride. Having experienced efforts for 10 years, our company has grown a large group-typemodern enterprise from a current small workshop realized a complete production chain of raw-material processing, calendaring, striping, tubing, polishing, packing and selling and become a leading enterprise of stainless steel production. We have the area of plant building up to 25,000-odd m2, 500-odd workers, yearly-output of stainless steel 20,000-odd tons with the produce winning the approval of market, the direct-sale shops set in main cities nationwide, the clients prevailing both at home and overseas. China Central Television Station has ever interviewed us on a special subject and give a high evaluation.
On July 7th 2007, Zaihui Stainless Steel Co.Ltd. Nanhai Foshan City, a large brand-new stainless steel production base stands erect in Shishan Industrial Park (Songxia Area) in Nanhai of Foshan City where collects the world-famous enterprisers such as Toshiba, TCL and Yanjing Beer. This is another pioneering undertaking of Yushun Company to localize the national stainless steel industry, which is funded by RMB120 million for establishment, covers nearly 100 Mu, produces yearly 30,000 tons of stainless steel. Zaihui Company is to follow Yushun¡¯s striving spirit, employ brand-new concept, strict management, higher quality, more quality service, set up an international image of Zaihui stainless steel brand, realize breaking of oneself and recreate brilliance. |
